Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a 1–3 year roadmap/vision for Shared Services.
  • •Write clear architectural design documents for shared services.
  • •Provide estimates for technical resources and requirements to plan and begin projects.
  • •Take responsibility for Shared Services platformization execution and drive delivery milestones.
  • •Develop well-tested backend features and serve as technical expert for a product area, including reviewing designs and integrating solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 194,500 - 226,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Backend-focused software engineering experience delivering business objectives as software systems with organization-wide impact.
  • •Deep experience architecting complex systems across multiple roles.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong experience working with distributed systems.
  • •Strong debugging/troubleshooting and communication/collaboration skills, with experience in agile, iterative development and mentoring engineers.
