Key Responsibilities

•Operate Autonomously: Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across the TRS division to recruit for: Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Firmware Engineers, etc.
•Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
•Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.
•Possess and apply breadth and depth in recruiting tools and general industry best practices, acting as a SME in adherence to process in our systems that impact our reporting and broader hiring strategy.
•Leverage a deep understanding of labor market and trends related to hiring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 80 hourly

Key Requirements

•BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring.
•Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
•True Ownership: Accountability for outcomes, with a commitment to improving all aspects of the business.
•Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative.
