•Support international client project teams in delivering complex new-build and refurbishment projects in Office & Retail or industrial construction.
•Create cost estimates, cost planning, and cost schedules.
•Own cost control and actively help expand appropriate cost-controlling tools.
•Handle cost deviations effectively within the change process.
•Serve as a competent point of contact and advisor, fostering constructive collaboration with internal specialist teams and planning teams throughout project phases.

Key Requirements

•Completed a real-estate or technical degree such as civil engineering, business engineering, architecture, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
•At least 5 years of professional experience in project management or project controls for complex construction projects, including at least 2 years in cost management or cost controlling.
•Strong working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
•Ability to tackle analytically complex tasks and develop optimal solutions through structured, creative thinking.
•Strong collaboration as a consulting partner with internal specialist departments and planning teams across all project phases.
