Key Requirements

  • •Completed a real-estate or technical degree such as civil engineering, business engineering, architecture, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in project management or project controls for complex construction projects, including at least 2 years in cost management or cost controlling.
  • •Strong working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
  • •Ability to tackle analytically complex tasks and develop optimal solutions through structured, creative thinking.
  • •Strong collaboration as a consulting partner with internal specialist departments and planning teams across all project phases.
