Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design and delivery of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including workflow orchestration, system integrations, and scalable automation use cases.
•Design and manage scalable automation workflows and orchestration pipelines across systems, ensuring stability and measurable business impact.
•Establish standards for AI ethics, data privacy, and security, and implement monitoring, audit trails, and performance tracking to comply with enterprise policies.
•Translate functional requirements into AI-driven agent solutions in alignment with governance, control standards, and enterprise architecture.
•Lead development of solutions on low-code/no-code platforms and manage the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives and projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably Computer Science or Data Science) and a Post Graduate degree (e.g., MCA or equivalent).
•2 to 8 years of experience, with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and testing UiPath automation solutions aligned to business processes.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau, UiPath, Workiva, Power pivot, Visual Basic, and SQL, plus data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
•Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot), including prompt framing and producing accurate, reusable business deliverables with human review and controls.
•Experience building and deploying agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, along with comparable platforms like Google Vertex AI (Dialogflow CX), OpenAI Assistants/Custom GPTs, or LangChain/LangGraph frameworks.
