Job Summary

Deliver a premium VIP hospitality experience for US concerts by supporting the Premium Suite/Box pre-order program. You’ll manage opening/closing duties, place and maintain orders in the POS system, communicate with Premium leadership and the Premium Sales Team, and serve as a key contact for suite/box holders. Proactively promote pre-orders, upsell food and beverage, build guest relationships, and track pre-order sales to support venue goals.

Location: New York, Dallas, Seattle, Utah, Minneapolis, Chicago, Kansas City, Arizona

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
•Fulfill opening and closing duties as dictated by management.
•Organize and accurately place suite orders into the POS system for proper delivery.
•Communicate with the Premium Director and Premium Sales Team to ensure information is conveyed; support suite and box holders.
•Promote the Premium Suite pre-order program, upsell food and beverage offerings, and build relationships to encourage repeat pre-orders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

•Able to work at a fast pace.
•Organization and effective communication skills required.
•Must have experience with a point of sale and customer service experience.
