Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • •Fulfill opening and closing duties as dictated by management.
  • •Organize and accurately place suite orders into the POS system for proper delivery.
  • •Communicate with the Premium Director and Premium Sales Team to ensure information is conveyed; support suite and box holders.
  • •Promote the Premium Suite pre-order program, upsell food and beverage offerings, and build relationships to encourage repeat pre-orders.
