Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the global desalination practice strategy and growth as part of the global water leadership team.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee major desalination pursuits, including capture planning and delivery oversight.
  • •Provide technical and engineering leadership during pursuit stages, including pricing strategies and reviews aligned to business strategy.
  • •Develop and implement resourcing and capability plans for a global desalination practice, including succession planning and recruiting talent.
  • •Ensure project delivery performance on major water infrastructure projects (including MPD/MP systems) and provide monitoring and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Environmental, Civil or Chemical preferred).
  • •Several years of leadership experience in the water engineering or professional services industry.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the global desalination market, including desalination technologies and emerging market trends.
  • •Proven experience delivering desalination (or similar water/wastewater) project/program development, planning, design, and implementation internationally.
  • •Strong client and potential-client relationships in the global desalination market.
