Strategically develop a defined outpatient customer base and drive solution-oriented selling of radiology equipment and customer service. Own the opportunity-to-revenue process, build and maintain account plans, and ensure accurate pipeline and forecasting in SFDC. Lead pricing and negotiation strategy, coordinate cross-functional sales activities, and track performance metrics including NPS, Share of Wallet, and customer satisfaction to deliver results in the Rhineland-NRW region.
