Job Summary

Hybrid role combining crop application and operations support based on seasonal and business needs. Work independently with local farmers, applying fertilizer and crop protection using sprayer/floater equipment and maintaining safe, accurate operations in the field. Support grain and agronomy operations by loading/unloading products, performing scheduled maintenance and repairs, helping monitor grain quality, and assisting with product handling and customer deliveries. Help build relevant skills, including CDL Class A and an applicator’s license.

Key Responsibilities

•Under general supervision, apply fertilizer and crop protection products, which may include using a high clearance sprayer or floater.
•Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner and educate them on products and application techniques.
•Assist the sales staff by ensuring orders are correct and customer needs are met.
•Perform warehouse work including driving loaders/forklifts and handling maintenance and equipment inspection.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery, and pick up/deliver product as needed.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Agriculture Production, Operations, and/or Agriculture Application.
•Must meet minimum age requirements.
•Must meet DOT and Company requirements.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
•CDL license with Hazmat endorsement (or ability to attain one).
