Build and maintain trusted relationships with retail and business customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions. •Assess customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and recommend deposit and loan products based on goals.
•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital services to deliver consistent client experiences.
•Greet customers, process basic transactions, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
•Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and partner with branch team members to optimize the client experience.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of applicable bank/branch policies and retail products, including digital products and self-service technologies.
