Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and process payroll for employees across North America, partnering with local providers and internal Finance to ensure accurate, on-time execution.
  • •Launch HR operations in new countries by deploying localized benefits, setting up compliant entities, and establishing local operational policies.
  • •Own onboarding and lifecycle documentation, including labor contracts, amendments, and internal status changes in the HRIS.
  • •Coordinate global mobility and immigration, managing visas for new hires and supporting compliance for international work trips.
  • •Audit and optimize HR workflows for automation and efficiency, maintain compliance frameworks and employee handbooks, and resolve daily employee inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of US employment laws, compliance regulations, and regional/international payroll and tax regulations.
  • •Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle and deploying benefits and HR compliance structures across new international regions.
  • •High technical proficiency with modern HRIS systems, automated payroll platforms, and operational data tracking tools.
  • •Strong service mindset with communication/interpersonal skills for sensitive employee situations and vendor negotiations.
