Job Summary

Ensure excellent customer/guest service by following SOPs and company customer service standards, working closely with the Unit Management team. Support operational standards and compliance across store policies, employment/state laws, and health & safety requirements. Execute sales and promotions professionally, manage area checklists, and handle guest arrivals, party organization, guest details for billing, and collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with Unit Management to ensure excellent customer/guest service by following SOPs.
•Maintain store compliance with standard operating procedures, customer service standards, and company policies including employment/state laws and health & safety.
•Support sales and promotions by executing them effectively and professionally.
•Manage operational checklists and monitor activities in the assigned area of responsibility.
•Handle guest/party setup: arrange parties, receive guests, record guest details for final bill preparation, prepare final bills, and collect payments.

Key Requirements

•Hotel Management Graduate / Retail Hospitality Management background.
•2–4 years of experience.
•At least 1 year in leisure/retail/hospitality, preferably with multi-site management experience.
•Ability to follow SOPs and maintain customer service standards at the store level.
•Professional personal presentation and adherence to the company dress code.
