Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or initial inspections during vehicle reconditioning.
  • •Identify imperfections or repairs needed throughout the reconditioning process.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to prepare vehicles for customers.
  • •Work safely using required protective equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, non-slip shoes).
  • •Be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs when in a pinch.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.

  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
