Serve as a subject matter expert for syndicated loan processes within Bank Loan Operations, ensuring timely, accurate processing of loan lifecycle events. You’ll handle complex operational queries, escalate exceptions, maintain workflow allocation and SOPs, and drive full compliance with policies and controls. Oversee deal closings, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, pre-payments, cash/invoice reconciliation, and trade settlements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients to meet SLAs.
