Key Responsibilities

•Promote and sell personal loan products to achieve assigned sales targets.
•Execute branch sales and service tasks accurately within defined turnaround times.
•Provide professional guidance and product information while adhering to the Staff Code of Conduct.
•Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
•Support day-to-day branch operations under the Line Manager and ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related discipline.
•Relevant experience in banking, client relationship management, or customer service, preferably in a HNWI / Priority Banking / Relationship Management environment.
•Proven experience managing and growing high-value client relationships.
•Fostering teamwork and collaborative relationships, with adaptability in a dynamic branch environment.
•Strong attention to detail and basic technical proficiency in banking systems and processes.
