Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day end user support across hardware, software, accounts, and access requests via helpdesk tools and Slack.
•Run IT onboarding/offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, and new hire IT/security sessions.
•Own IT asset and inventory management and improve/document IT processes (workflows, runbooks, onboarding guides) to reduce recurring tickets.
•Build and operate identity lifecycle automation in Okta/Okta Workflows and create helpdesk automation/self-service flows to resolve common requests.
•Support security and compliance efforts (SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, GDPR) and help enforce endpoint/access security across CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, and Okta.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in IT support, IT systems engineering, or automation engineering, ideally in a startup or hypergrowth environment.
•Hands-on Okta administration (SSO, MFA, Group Rules, Universal Directory), with Okta Workflows experience strongly preferred.
•Scripting and automation proficiency in Python and JavaScript for API interaction and system management.
•Experience with a modern SaaS and endpoint stack such as Google Workspace, Slack, JumpCloud, and CrowdStrike.
•Comfort supporting office networking and AV (e.g., UniFi) and understanding compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
