Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare production means and equipment and ensure proper operation.
  • •Verify the functioning of installations and equipment and address any issues.
  • •Carry out the casting of parts, deburring, cleaning (karcher, sanding).
  • •Participate in development to set jet placements and process parameters to meet internal/external client expectations.
  • •Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure production reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in foundry operations
  • •Experience in preparing production means (machines, rollers, cylinders, etc.) and ensuring proper setup
  • •Ability to verify the operation of installations and equipment and identify dysfunctions
  • •Experience in casting pieces, deburring, cleaning and finishing
  • •Ability to document processes and participate in parameter initialization based on internal/external client expectations
