Director, Policy Design – Global Employee Leave & Accommodations

Lead the design and governance of global employee leave, time off, and medical accommodations programs. Build a consistent global framework, partner with regional benefit leads for local compliance, and oversee the U.S. worksite Health Centers and contract nursing staff.
