Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on on-call schedules and procedures and act as Warehouse Manager when unavailable.
  • •Oversee daily shipping operations to ensure they are complete and accurate, including maintaining shipping records.
  • •Ensure security protocols are followed and coordinate outbound deployment and sustainment shipments.
  • •Handle and maintain flow of materials in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines and keep warehouse supplies inventory updated.
  • •Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, update records in two databases, and file daily checklists; manage forklift maintenance/safety and scheduling.
