Senior Forward Deployed Engineer II enabling production AI-native workloads at scale. You will partner with AI-native enterprises to deploy, optimize, and scale AI systems on DigitalOcean’s AI-Native Cloud, validate platform capabilities under real workloads, and build scalable deployment frameworks and automation that accelerate platform adoption across customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with strategic ANEs, startups, and internal teams to architect, deploy, optimize, and scale production AI and agentic systems on DigitalOcean’s AI-Native Cloud across inference and runtime platforms.
•Lead development of scalable deployment assets, benchmarking systems, and automation tooling to accelerate deployment velocity and platform adoption.
•Validate new AI-native platform capabilities with real-world workloads, surface architectural gaps, and provide feedback to product and research teams.
•Drive ecosystem enablement with GPU vendors and model providers, delivering reference architectures, demos, and technical guidance for customer-facing teams.
•Travel up to 30% for customer engagements, workshops, and internal collaboration; align with North American business hours.
