Lead risk and performance priorities for SME Business Banking across the South East. Serve as the key interface between relationship teams and internal risk stakeholders to manage customer risk issues, escalate and resolve incidents, and foster a risk-aware culture. Support tailored customer risk assessments, coordinate investigations and root-cause analysis for fraud/events, review daily risk alerts, and drive a disciplined performance rhythm through reporting and meetings.

•Manage the regional profile with key internal stakeholders (including risk partners) to facilitate customer deals, referrals, and risk issue management.
•Act as the interface between client-facing relationship teams and risk partners to ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
•Foster a risk-aware culture across the regional SME Business Banking South East team.
•Support tailored customer risk assessments to strengthen credit evaluations and mitigation strategies.
•Coordinate regional investigations and root-cause analysis for events/incidents/fraud, and lead response efforts during risk events/crises.
