Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead lease administration and property management operations for Carvana’s national real estate portfolio, ensuring workflows run with precision and obligations are tracked proactively.
•Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team; set performance expectations; coach and provide feedback; and manage accountability across direct reports and third-party vendors.
•Serve as the senior relationship owner for landlord communications, escalated counterparty matters, and high-stakes portfolio obligations.
•Design and own systems and workflows for COI management, reporting, CAM reconciliations, and rent/tax/utility and insurance compliance.
•Independently run core lease and portfolio legal workflows (e.g., estoppels, SNDAs, access requests, subordination agreements) and apply AI tools to improve throughput and work product quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required, with a paralegal certificate, RPA (Real Property Administrator), CPM, or similar credential as a differentiator.
•15+ years of directly relevant experience in commercial property management, real estate legal operations, or corporate in-house real estate with substantial transactional and lease administration exposure.
•Demonstrated legal fluency to independently review and interpret lease provisions and real estate legal documents, including knowing when an attorney should be involved.
•Transactional interface experience working alongside deal teams, brokers, and outside counsel in a real estate context.
•People leadership experience building and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
