Job Summary

Support hardware development programs from early design through testing, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining. Partner with technical operations program managers and cross-functional teams to maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and trackers, coordinate builds and test readiness, and surface risks and blockers. Prepare clear program updates, facilitate meetings, document decisions, and analyze program data to build tools, dashboards, or processes that improve visibility and efficiency.

•Track program progress, identify risks or blockers, and ensure issues are communicated to stakeholders.

•Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business, or a related field.

•Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
•Analytical and comfortable using data to understand problems and inform decisions.
