Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain friendly, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, objectives, and contract change; ensure best-practice governance and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Sound understanding of contract management (NEC3 preferred).
  • •Experience in cost management, cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion.
  • •Experience with valuation, procurement, estimating, pricing, change management, and reporting/governance processing.
