Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders to deliver compliant civil and utility infrastructure projects, including coordination of wet and dry utility systems, roadway and site development, and infrastructure improvements.
  • •Analyze and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slip, and forecast/update key milestones while monitoring progress across multiple concurrent projects and development parcels.
  • •Oversee governance, processes, and best practices; produce formal project status reports and perform independent reviews of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Lead utility conflict resolution, sequencing, cutover planning, commissioning activities, and manage risk and change management processes.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid response to RFIs and guidance for cost control, value engineering, and constructability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience managing civil infrastructure, utility, land development, or large-scale construction programs.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering horizontal infrastructure projects including utility systems, roadway improvements, grading, and site development.
  • •Experience working with public agencies, utility providers, municipalities, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of utility coordination, permitting processes, environmental compliance, and construction sequencing.
