Key Responsibilities

  • •Support hiring managers and recruiters across English and Mandarin-speaking regions to understand technical requirements and calibrate talent needs.
  • •Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to build pipelines for top technical talent.
  • •Identify and engage passive candidates through channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
  • •Refine sourcing processes and tools to improve hiring funnel efficiency and candidate quality.
  • •Support talent acquisition projects such as organizing virtual hiring events and gathering data for market intelligence and diversity-focused sourcing.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
