Key Responsibilities

•Support hiring managers and recruiters across English and Mandarin-speaking regions to understand technical requirements and calibrate talent needs.
•Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to build pipelines for top technical talent.
•Identify and engage passive candidates through channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
•Refine sourcing processes and tools to improve hiring funnel efficiency and candidate quality.
•Support talent acquisition projects such as organizing virtual hiring events and gathering data for market intelligence and diversity-focused sourcing.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with interest in crafting compelling outreach.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•High motivation to learn technical and non-technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
•Must be able to commit to a 6-month full-time work period during 2026 Summer.
