Key Responsibilities

•Represent insureds in high exposure General Liability and Commercial Auto defense matters, including trial work and post-trial activities.
•Prepare and file legal pleadings and documents, perform legal research, and manage pre-trial discovery tasks.
•Conduct hearings and trials, coordinating with the in-house Staff Legal team and remote colleagues.
•Budget costs and manage diary/billables to meet client needs and deadlines.
•Collaborate with teammates and external partners to deliver favorable outcomes for clients.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 130,000 - 160,000

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor and 7 or more years of experience in the Litigation area
•Member of the Bar in good standing in jurisdiction(s) in which practice is located
•Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
•Experience working with Lexis or Westlaw
•Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and the insurance defense litigation legal environment
