Plant Specialist

Support plant reliability through process improvements, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and engineering support for safe, efficient operations and maintenance. Provide advanced technical expertise for electrical systems and protective equipment, lead and support NERC compliance efforts, coordinate work scopes and third-party contractors, and develop budgets, schedules, and station procedures. Apply predictive and preventive maintenance and field inspection practices to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
