Coordinator Rider Compliance

Monitor Fleet Partner Rider activity across assigned zones, flagging suspicious behavior and potential fraud for escalation. Ensure day-to-day operational compliance with platform policies and SOPs through ongoing on-ground audits and spot checks. Support anti-fraud controls during live operations and help manage end-to-end cancellation fraud processes, including documentation and follow-ups. Serve as a compliance point of contact and provide regular updates to the Supervisor on open cases and emerging patterns.
