Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely deliver clean energy expansion projects through the full project lifecycle, maintaining accountability for on-time delivery and budget performance.
  • •Advise, consult, and provide feedback on expansion program development; develop and communicate strategies, objectives, and business benefits.
  • •Provide overall responsibility for building and infrastructure elements to meet safety, scope, cost, schedule, and business benefits objectives.
  • •Ensure flawless integration across sub-disciplines and site throughout the lifecycle; foster owner relationships with FEED/EPCM, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • •Actively lead a proactive safety culture; protect the client’s commercial position using industry best practices and facilitate decision-ready information for client executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in nuclear, energy, chemical, data center, or other highly-regulated industrial facilities.
  • •PMP certification required.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and manage full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgets.
  • •Must be willing and able to work on-site in Eunice, New Mexico.
