Senior Loan Operations Administrator

Manage complex commercial loan transactions end-to-end, ensuring accurate, timely loan closings and strong compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards. Oversee a high-volume pipeline of C&I, CRE, asset-based lending, and construction loans; coordinate closing activities with internal and external partners; validate documentation and collateral requirements; execute funding and transition to loan servicing. Serve as a key operational partner and provide mentorship while driving continuous improvement within Loan Operations.
