Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a high-volume pipeline of complex commercial loan transactions, including originations, renewals, modifications, and extensions.
  • •Review credit approvals and determine required documentation and due diligence to support closing readiness.
  • •Lead coordination of closing activities with internal stakeholders and external partners, including legal counsel, title, and escrow.
  • •Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved terms, identifying and resolving closing risks.
  • •Execute funding (booking, disbursements, fee reconciliation), support loan servicing transition, and monitor post-closing conditions and exceptions.
