Job Summary

Monitor and evaluate maintenance activities across the airline’s fleet, ensuring timely, accurate technical record keeping in logbooks and the computerized fleet management system. Update maintenance schedules, component and modification entries, handle aircraft/engine/APU/landing gear build and receiving, and maintain AIRAC navigation database updates. Coordinate technical queries, prepare records for aircraft re-deliveries and ARC airworthiness review certificates, and generate monthly utilization and audit support documentation for internal stakeholders and third parties.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and update the computerized fleet management system with maintenance schedules, component replacements, modifications, and transferred maintenance data.
•Ensure maintenance completion records from line/base/workshop are timely recorded and maintained for each aircraft in logbooks and the system.
•Perform aircraft, engine, APU, and landing gear build and tree receiving tasks.
•Update the navigation database based on the AIRAC cycle for the fleet and simulator.
•Partner with Quality Assurance to prepare Civil Aviation Authority approval documents and maintain ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificates) compliance records, supporting audits and monthly reporting.

Key Requirements

•Higher diploma or certificate in Management or a related field; a bachelor’s degree in Management/Administration or equivalent is preferred.
•Experience (3+ years) in records or document control in the Aviation industry; Airbus A320 family experience is highly desirable.
•Knowledge of aircraft airworthiness program documentation and records requirements, including CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization).
•Proficiency with technology systems and Microsoft suite, including advanced Excel skills.
•Very good written and verbal communication skills (reporting) and very good English language proficiency.
