Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through commercial departments in Stuttgart to learn procurement and supply chain processes, including sourcing and supplier/lending chain management
  • •Support marketing & sales activities such as project follow-up, customer support, and market analysis
  • •Learn finance & accounting by working with incoming/outgoing payments, budget monitoring, and finance process fundamentals
  • •Contribute to HR activities including organizing training, continuing education, employee support, and exposure to HR processes
  • •Apply theory through project work and your bachelor thesis, identify current challenges, and analyze complex problems to implement your own projects
