Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, including cleaning and routine maintenance.
  • •Receive and sample seed, monitor inventory load-out functions, and maintain quality standards for blended/bulk/packaged products.
  • •Prepare trucks for loading/unloading, including operating hoses and related loading/unloading procedures.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and understand load-out processes.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, perform grounds/warehouse maintenance (including forklift and loader work), and complete required record keeping while supporting safety culture.
