Key Responsibilities

  • •Support APU/TJ supply chain activities by analyzing and dispositioning quality notifications, responding to electronic supplier requests for information, and executing engineering changes to improve quality, cost, and producibility.
  • •Perform CAD work to create and manipulate 2D geometries, 3D models, and 3D assemblies and support engineering documentation.
  • •Interpret and define tolerances and features in part drawings, and develop improvements as an individual and team contributor.
  • •Run engineering analyses (structural assessments, thermal evaluations, tolerance stack-ups, and related calculations) to support design decisions.
  • •Support escape investigations by identifying root causes, executing corrective actions, and implementing design enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • •2 years of engineering experience or an advanced degree in engineering.
  • •Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; familiarity with ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required to access information under the program/contract.
