Key Responsibilities

•Develop CPU logic design, RTL coding, and simulation to support cell libraries, functional units, and CPU IP block integration in full chip designs.
•Contribute to defining CPU architecture and microarchitecture feature requirements for the CPU being designed.
•Use strategies, tools, and methods to write RTL, optimize logic, and meet power, performance, area, timing, and design integrity goals.
•Review verification plans and implementations, diagnose failing RTL tests, and implement corrective measures to ensure feature correctness.
•Document micro-architectural specs (MAS) and support SoC customers for high-quality integration of the CPU block.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ years of experience.
•6+ months combined experience with System Verilog/Verilog/VHDL and/or VCS (or similar) simulator logic design and/or front end.
•Strong knowledge of computer architecture and microarchitecture.
•Familiarity with programming/software languages such as C, C++, C#, Visual Basic/.NET, Perl, Python, and Java.
•Experience applying modern energy-efficient/low-power logic design techniques for high-frequency optimization.
