Job Summary

Lead all aspects of the assigned branch by driving performance through coaching and people management while advancing business development for Small Business and Mass Affluent clients. Execute branch engagement routines to support client financial success and team empowerment, ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management, and partner with IRM and operations teams to maintain a One Team culture. Own human-capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling.

•Manage all aspects of the assigned branch by leading, coaching, and managing for strong team and individual performance.
•Drive branch business development and revenue growth for Small Business and Mass Affluent, including face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
•Promote a positive community image and instill the Purpose, Mission, and Values in the team to support Truist culture.
•Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, including completion of required training.
•Handle human capital responsibilities including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
•Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience).

•Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS background check.
