Job Summary

Provide a high-quality client experience by servicing financial transactions and using each interaction to deepen client relationships. Engage clients in conversation to uncover financial wellness needs, provide tailored recommendations, and transition customers to bankers when appropriate. Collaborate with branch leadership and teammates to support branch priorities, attend huddles/debriefs, and meet individual activity and outcome goals while following compliance, audit, and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve clients by accepting and accurately processing financial service transactions while identifying relationship opportunities.
•Identify financial wellness needs during client conversations and provide effective, customized recommendations; transition clients to a banker when appropriate.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a resource to the branch team.
•Maintain product knowledge of guides, fees, and policies and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
•Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Experienced in cash handling.
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities.
