Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy the HR strategy and transformational people agenda; design HR solutions and programs to support business goals and employee engagement.
  • •Implement the HR agenda in the business and ensure people managers can deliver annual recurring people management requirements.
  • •Lead HR processes including assimilation of new employees, performance management, organizational development, employee recognition, learning and development, and annual talent and compensation review.
  • •Manage employee relations and compliance: counsel managers and staff, ensure timely grievance redressal, and handle disciplinary matters, change management, and counseling.
  • •Oversee industrial relations and statutory compliances for warehouse/contract labor, including liaising with labor departments, coordinating legal advisors, and managing contract labor records and audits.
