Job Summary

Lead the analytical direction for the team by building and maintaining our BI infrastructure, delivering highly insightful Tableau dashboards, and driving key analytical projects. Improve data quality and tooling, foster a strong data culture, collaborate across Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics, Procurement, Operations and Marketing, and influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the scoping, building and management of the Commercial BI infrastructure, delivering highly insightful Tableau dashboards.
•Improve data quality and tooling across teams to raise the standard of analytics.
•Champion a data-driven culture, influencing how teams adopt and act on analytical insights.
•Ideate, scope and lead strategic analytical projects focused on core product improvements.
•Deep dive large datasets to extract key insights and present recommendations to Senior Management.

Key Requirements

•Experience using Tableau with strong data visualization skills.
•Experience in SQL is essential; Python experience is a plus.

•Professional experience in a high-performance culture and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
