Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner's Representative and lead/oversee piping supervisor activities across construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • •Ensure contractor personnel comply with project HSES requirements, site regulations, permit-to-work systems, and client procedures.
  • •Supervise piping construction activities to ensure compliance with AFC drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Monitor safety, quality, progress, and productivity in assigned work areas; track contractor performance, discipline, and timekeeping.
  • •Coordinate with contractor supervision and engineering roles to develop and execute daily/weekly work plans, review resource availability, and communicate schedule/material constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to work lawfully in Thailand with full working rights for this location and pass a Thai Police Check plus pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screen).
  • •10+ years of industry experience, including proven experience as a Piping Supervisor on an EPCM project in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • •Ideally have a Mechanical Engineering degree (or related discipline) or an equivalent High School Certificate/Vocational Certificate/Diploma.
  • •Demonstrate experience supervising piping fabrication, erection, and construction activities on refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
  • •Hold a Registered Safety Officer at Supervisor Level and have strong HSES knowledge, including experience preparing method statements, JSA, and risk assessments.
