Define and execute retail business strategies to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen market position, and enhance customer experience. Drive operational efficiency and business expansion across the retail network by leading planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and multi-store execution, while guiding turnaround initiatives and people leadership across retail and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
•Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management aligned to organizational priorities.
•Oversee end-to-end retail operations, including store productivity, sales performance, inventory management, and operational standards.
•Manage principal, stakeholder, and market relationships, including negotiations, performance reviews, and growth opportunity communication.
•Provide people leadership across retail and support teams, including workforce planning, engagement, talent development, and organizational change initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
•8+ years of progressive experience in retail, commercial, or business leadership roles.
•Proven track record driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence in a retail environment.
•Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning.
•Experience managing multi-store retail operations and leading cross-functional teams.
