Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to M42 policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • •Perform nursing assessments and deliver individualized care plans for patients in long-term and transitional care settings.
  • •Provide advanced nursing care and close monitoring for medically complex, ventilated, or severely disabled patients to ensure patient safety.
  • •Administer medications and assist with complex medical procedures in line with clinical guidelines and unit protocols.
  • •Document care accurately and communicate with the multidisciplinary team; support quality improvement, audits, education, and staff development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification nursing experience, including specialized services and clinical certification.
  • •Current nursing license in country of origin and eligibility for DOH/DHA Medical License.
  • •Proficiency in medical record systems and digital healthcare platforms.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic preferred).
