Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage all aspects of A220 flight crew and cabin crew training compliance, including initial and recurrent requirements.
  • •Oversee line flight proficiency checks, emergency procedures training, recurrent simulator/ground training, upgrade training, and medical(s) continuity compliance.
  • •Ensure aircrew legalities and expiry databases are compliant, and that aircrew records and documentation meet company operations manuals and CASA legislation.
  • •Provide administrative and operational support to the Part 121 Training organisation.
  • •Accurately implement rostering amendments for all aircrew in response to training disruptions while ensuring replanning remains compliant with industrial agreements, CASA regulations, and internal procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in operational industries (aviation/transport), preferably in rostering, training, or an operational role.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of airline operating practices, regulatory guidelines, and compliance.
  • •Detailed knowledge of Aircrew Awards and relevant CASA regulations.
  • •Proven influencing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution ability.
  • •Good computer skills with experience in database operations and proactive problem-solving in a time-critical environment.
