Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and validation of advanced algorithmic capabilities including tracking, sensor/effector management, battlespace optimization, and threat forecasting across cross-functional teams.
•Develop high-fidelity modeling and simulation environments to validate algorithm performance and predict real-world performance before field deployment.
•Oversee requirements decomposition, scoping system laydown, and ensure deployed systems meet customer requirements while maintaining traceability.
•Own systems end-to-end, identifying and solving problems across seams to achieve the ultimate outcome.
•Create test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance using simulation and field data.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience with a related engineering field (Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics)
•1+ year of people management experience
•Demonstrated use of model based systems engineering in program lifecycle with tools such as JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM
•Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, data analysis and visualization
•Strong foundation in Statistics, AI/ML, Requirements, Testing, MBSE and engineering standards
•Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical findings clearly to developers, system leads, and customers
•Must be authorized to work in the United States
•Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
