Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the six-week planning cycle and keep teams focused on the most important problems each week.
  • •Own operating reviews, surface what’s off track early, and decide the next actions.
  • •Run triage between reviews so slippage is visible weeks before the cycle closes.
  • •Lead diligence on upcoming bets, including unit economics and what could invalidate a decision.
  • •Build board decks and investor updates, and make performance legible by telling the story behind wins and misses.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience with intellectual firepower, strong judgment, and fast iteration mindset.
  • •Experience operating across strategy and operations at high tempo (e.g., PE/VC operators or similar environments).
  • •Comfort working with messy data and strong diagnostic questioning, then acting within the same week.
  • •Ability to write and communicate clearly for public-facing argumentation (memos, board narratives, performance storytelling).
  • •Willingness to push LLM tooling and AI workflows deeply into day-to-day operations.
