Lead municipal engineering and land development projects in Medicine Hat and across Southern Alberta, guiding planning, design, and delivery from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver municipal engineering and land development projects that strengthen communities across Southern Alberta.
•Manage planning, design, and execution of water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway systems from concept through construction.
•Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
•Build and maintain trusted client relationships with municipalities and public sector partners.
•Oversee project budgets, schedules, risk, and communications to ensure successful delivery.

Key Requirements

•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Licensee in Engineering (P.L.(Eng.)) designation registered in Alberta.
•Approximately 5+ years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects.
•Demonstrated experience in watermain, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and roadway design.
•Strong understanding of construction administration and municipal project delivery processes.
•Working knowledge of Alberta environmental standards, regulations, and approval processes.
