Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to define objectives, success criteria, and technical scope for high-priority visits, capturing a concise demo storyline.
  • •Design demonstration scenarios and architectures, including fallback and failure-mode mitigation strategies, to ensure credible and reliable live execution.
  • •Build and maintain simulation environments and demonstration-specific applications/robot behaviors, reusing production-grade software and maintaining code quality.
  • •Own the California workcell demonstration environment (hardware configuration and staging), drive readiness via rehearsal/testing, and lead live run-of-show execution including real-time triage and recovery.
  • •Lead post-demonstration reviews and create enablement assets (runbooks/SOPs/checklists) to translate outcomes and guest feedback into actionable product and engineering inputs.

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Turn ambiguous, high-stakes visit objectives into robust, repeatable demonstration architectures independently.
  • •4+ years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing engineering role, owning end-to-end demonstrations or deployments of mobile robotic systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Expertise with robotics software, including C++, Python, and ROS in a Linux development environment.
  • •Extensive experience with robotics simulation tools (NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Gazebo, MuJoCo or equivalent) to validate and optimize robot behaviors pre-deployment.
