Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commodity qualification planning and execution, including maintaining and tracking the qualification matrix across suppliers and platforms.
  • •Manage commodity deliverables within the overall platform program, aligning commodity schedules to NPI phases, builds, and RTM milestones.
  • •Serve as core interface across platform engineering, supply chain/procurement, and ODM partners to align requirements, decisions, and issue escalation.
  • •Identify and manage supplier, qualification, and supply risks; develop mitigation plans and communicate risk status to system teams and leadership.
  • •Develop program schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource/logistics support needs; track progress and report program status, escalations, and risk options to executive management.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 3-7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation or project planning with related tools and practices.
  • •Four-year or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
  • •Experience with project planning, schedules, and risk management in engineering development and implementation.
  • •People management experience and/or leading cross-functional program teams.
  • •Knowledge of Agile methodology and product/NPI lifecycle concepts such as new product development and milestones.
