Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and be accountable for frameworks and the client relationship, protecting AECOM’s reputation and service delivery.
  • •Develop and deliver the framework account plan with strategy and client account managers, ensuring delivery against agreed metrics (safety, programme, cost, innovation, quality).
  • •Manage commercial, contractual, and technical obligations, reporting on framework KPIs to ensure client satisfaction and repeat work.
  • •Identify upcoming client pursuits, support internal positioning, and lead proposal development with bid and delivery teams.
  • •Develop business capacity by working with colleagues to identify capability needs and expand the team via progression and recruitment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject.
  • •Deep understanding of the water sector and knowledge of the regulatory environment clients operate in.
  • •Proven experience building strong relationships and trust with stakeholders within client organizations.
  • •Experience in technical and commercial bid development and delivery of water industry schemes.
  • •Experience delivering professional services across water project phases (e.g., business case, feasibility, outline/conceptual design, detailed design, construction support).
