Lead the end-to-end workforce planning and resource optimisation function for dnata Singapore. Own workforce forecasting, labour models, resource planning, demand planning, and resource costing, and oversee rostering, leave management, attendance, and labour utilisation. Ensure day-of-operation allocation, optimise labour deployment across operational areas, and use workforce analytics to drive productivity and cost control. Lead and develop workforce planning teams and partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and HR to deliver transformation and continuous improvement.
